Yes, security issues jump the queue. Call before noon and we can usually repair or replace the lock, latch, or strike plate the same day across our NY and CT service area.
Can you fix drafty windows without replacing them?
Often, yes. Weatherstripping, new sash locks, caulking, and glazing solve most drafts for a fraction of replacement cost. If a window truly is done, we'll tell you honestly.
Do you install doors I've already bought?
Gladly. Slab or prehung, big-box or lumberyard. We'll install it, adjust it, and haul the old one out of your way.
