Do you handle co-op and condo building requirements?
Yes, certificates of insurance naming the building, board work rules, service elevator bookings, and approved work hours are routine for us. Send your management company's requirements and we'll have the paperwork in before the visit.
Can you mount a TV on plaster or brick walls?
Yes. Pre-war walls here are plaster over brick or lath, and standard drywall anchors don't belong anywhere near them. We anchor into the masonry or framing so the mount holds for good.

Can you work around my building's hours?
Yes. Most buildings here allow work roughly 9 to 5 on weekdays, and we schedule inside whatever window your building enforces, including freight elevator reservations.
